Application and development trend of FFS package bag

FFS technology can be used in heavy packaging, food packaging, toiletries packaging, etc. It is characterized by rapid packaging, one-time molding, good sealing, moisture-proof and printing properties.
FFS heavy packaging film: a film suitable for heavy packaging produced using FFS production technology. It is generally in the form of a tube film. FFS film can be multi-layer composite extrusion or single-layer extrusion, but it must adapt to the above production process. FFS heavy packaging film has an advantage in terms of fast packaging, one-time molding, no pollution, material saving, low labor cost, good sealing and moisture resistance, and printing performance. It has developed rapidly in recent years and has a tendency to replace traditional packaging.
Performance characteristics of FFS heavy packaging film:
(1) It can withstand the filling of materials below 70 ℃ and multiple handling turnover.

(2) The bag surface is flat, smooth and beautiful, with rich patterns and content, clear colors, and anti-counterfeiting properties.

(3) It has excellent sealing, moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-fouling properties. It can be stacked in the open air, convenient for transportation and storage. The internal products will not melt, agglomerate, lose volume, or lose quality.
(4) The packaging bag has a special formula.
It will not soften or deform when exposed to high temperatures, nor will it break or rupture when exposed to severe cold. It is UV-resistant and has stable color. Compared with plastic woven bags, it can double the storage and shelf life of the outer packaging and the internal products.
(5) The packaging capacity is flexible.
It can be designed and produced according to the different requirements of different merchants for color, thickness, and specifications, and can meet the needs of different manufacturers and different regions.
(6) Improve packaging efficiency and reduce labor intensity. Due to the use of automated packaging, the packaging speed reaches 1,200 to 2,000 bags/h, which greatly exceeds the packaging efficiency of traditional composite bags, and the number of operators is reduced by about 70%.
(7) With the application of new materials, the film thickness gradually decreases, the strength gradually increases, and the comprehensive packaging cost is better than the traditional packaging form.

(8) It complies with national industrial policies, is easy to recycle and process, and protects the ecology to the greatest extent.
