FFS labyrinth exhaust packaging bags are usually composed of a single or double layer film structure, and the material is mostly PE film. The bag body comprises two groups of bag body and two groups of organ inserts, which are distributed on both sides of the bag body to enhance the stability of the bag body and exhaust function.
**External weld and internal weld**: The two sheets of film on the bag body are heat-sealed to form an external weld and an internal weld. Several exhaust ports are set in the external weld, usually arranged in a "Z" shape. Ventilation micropores are set on the inner film, and the gas enters the double-layer film structure through the micropores and is finally discharged from the bag through the exhaust ports. - **Micropore array**: The ventilation micropores on the inner film form a micropore array, usually 1 to 4 micropore arrays are set to ensure that the gas can be discharged smoothly and prevent powder leakage.
