Panteto PE vlave bag productive process exlain:
1, Prepare the raw material, Panteto material comes from BASF China. the Ratio of various materials: LLDPE+LDPE+HDPE (normally: 80:15:5)
2, Put all the film in Film blowing machine, Panteto uses three layer co-extrusion film blowing machine.
Then plastic particles are made into film at high temperate.
3,When the film comes out, it is a barrel, and the conventional bag is a sheet which needs glue to glue into a barrel, Panteto's bag directly comes out of the barrel, no need glue, so very environmentally friendly
4,adding the anti-slip bar, Anti-slip materials have been added in the productive process
5, the film was cut into bag according to customers wanted size.
6, add the top and bottom on the bag with heat sealling, then the bag process is finished. during adding the top and bottom also no need glue. heat seal.
