The main component of low melt EVA bags and films is polyethylene, which is combined with EVA (vinyl acetate) additives to produce bags that are strong and durable, flexible and easy to use. It is a specially designed packaging bag for rubber raw materials and chemicals during use.
The filling machine has a weighing device, and the mixed materials will be filled in the bags are pre-weighed before mixing and temporarily stored in these bags. Due to its low melting point and good compatibility with natural rubber and synthetic rubber, the material in the bag can be directly placed in the internal mixer and kneading machine. The material in the bag will melt and fully disperse in the rubber or plastic as a secondary component without affecting the original rubber composition.
